Villanova University was founded in 1842 by the Order of Saint Augustine. To this day, Villanova’s Augustinian Catholic intellectual tradition is the cornerstone of an academic community in which students learn to think critically, act compassionately and succeed while serving others. Dr. Corinne Post, the Fred J. Springer Endowed Chair in Business Leadership, is an expert in workplace diversity with a focus on women on boards, in top management teams and in leadership roles. Her research addresses diversity as an enabler or impediment to group and organizational performance and career trajectories. Dr. Post has presented her research at academic conferences and professional organizations internationally and earned a grant from the National Science Foundation. Her research has been discussed in places such as the Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. She is also a contributor at Forbes.

Dr. Post earned her bachelor's in Organization Management and a master's in International Management from HEC, University of Geneva, and HEC, University of Lausanne, respectively. She received her doctorate in Organization Management from Rutgers University. Prior to joining academia, she was an IT analyst and human resource specialist for Accenture.
