There have been a number of pitch invasions after games in England in recent weeks with incidents of supporters attacking players.


According to England manager Gareth Southgate, the fan disorder seen at soccer matches reflects the state of the country at the moment.


Sheffield United captain Billy Sharp was headbutted by a fan, while Aston Villa goalkeeper Robin Olsen was assaulted at Manchester City.


Dr Danny Fitzpatrick explains why the pitch invasions appear to be happening more often, along with what could - and should - be done to prevent them from happening.
