Biography
Manika Avasthi is an experienced faculty with a focus on professional development, organization and communications. As a professional development faculty, she assists students in articulating their skills to the employers. She is also a successful developer of service-learning model program to engage business students with community non-profits, resulting in practical experience for the students. Her areas of expertise are organizational communication and community outreach. She has over 20 years of teaching and professional work experience in India, Canada, and the United States.
