Biography
About Me
I am an educator at VCU’s College of Engineering (and formerly at the School of Business), passionate about making learning practical, engaging, and connected to the real world. My courses bridge the gap between theory and industry, helping students see how concepts translate into action.
Research in Action
My research focuses on how e-commerce impacts small businesses. I weave these insights directly into my curriculum, ensuring students explore what’s happening in today’s marketplace, not yesterday’s.
Partnerships & Mentorship
I thrive on connecting students with opportunities. By partnering with companies and nonprofits, I create mentorships, projects, and hands-on experiences that empower students to test ideas and grow.
My Mission
Above all, I am committed to helping students grow into confident, market-ready professionals and leaders ready for the future of work.
