Hussain (Moos) Moosajee is Chief Investment Officer at Neuron Group and an adjunct faculty member at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, where he teaches Advanced Real Estate Finance. With more than two decades of institutional real estate investment, development, and capital markets experience, he has led transactions spanning office, multifamily, retail, mixed-use, senior housing, student housing, and data center assets. Throughout his career, Moos has held senior leadership roles with leading organizations including Trammell Crow Company, AIG Global Real Estate, Jamestown, and JLL, overseeing more than $3 billion in investments and development projects. A respected industry practitioner and educator, he brings deep expertise in real estate finance, investment strategy, and market analysis, providing students with practical insights drawn from complex, real-world transactions.
