She integrates evidence-based practices, from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to uncover and work through deeper emotions and conflicts, and mindfulness-based behavioural approaches like CBT and DBT to shift patterns of behaviour.

As someone who has navigated over twenty years of marriage, parenting teens, creating work-life balance, and managing career changes, Iris offers both empathy and lived experience. Before becoming a therapist, Iris spent over two decades working as a creative professional, which shaped her belief in the power of creativity for personal growth.
